If you are interested in becoming a dealer, please either fill out the form on our BECOME A DEALER page or send us an email to dealers@allstartactical.com, with a subject of DEALER REQUEST. Please note that in order to carry our firearms products, you must be a registered Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder and have a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). You can attach these documents to the email you send us. One of our representatives will return your email with our dealer application.

Barrels

A popular method for breaking in brand new barrels is to clean the bore after every round for the first 25 rounds, and then clean the bore every 10 rounds for the next 100 rounds.

Any of our 5.56 chambered barrels will shoot .223 Rem. Firearms that are chambered for .223 should not use 5.56 NATO ammunition due to the higher pressure.

Typically, the caliber determines the thread pitch on the end of the barrel.

  • 5.56x45 / .223 - 1/2" x 28 TPI
  • .22LR - 1/2" x 28 TPI
  • 7.62x51 / .308 - 5/8" x 24 TPI
  • .300 BLK - 58" x 24 TPI
Laser Engraving

Typically, laser engraving is completed within 5 business days, depending on the part needing to be engraved and the artwork. Rush service is available for an additional fee, provided the artwork is proper quality.

The best type of graphics for us to use for laser engraving are vector artwork, such as AI, EPS, or PDF. These types of files are preferred because they are infinitely scalable and ultra-high quality. Raster images such as JPG, TIFF or GIF can be used but only if they are 300+dpi in resolution. If a poor quality file is provided, the laser engraving will not be clear.

If graphic design is needed or the file is not up to our standards for use in laser engraving, there will be an additional fee. A quote will be given before any work is started.

Using our CO2 laser engraving machine we are able to mark:

  • Wood
  • Acrylic
  • Plastic
  • Glass
  • Cloth/Leather
  • Coated Metals
  • Anodized Aluminum

With regards to firearms engraving, it is mostly typical to engrave on anodized aluminum, plastic and wood.

Ordering

If you cannot find a stocking dealer close to you, you can order online and have it sent to your favorite FFL.

First, place your order online, and contact your local FFL. Most dealers can provide this service and it should only cost you between $20 and $30.

Next, have the dealer email us a signed copy of their Federal Firearms License. They can send this directly to ffl@allstartactical.com. It is best to have your dealer mention your name or order number with the license so we may process the FFL as soon as possible. We will also keep these on file for future orders that need to be shipped to the same dealer.

Once payment has been received, and the FFL has been processed, we will ship the firearm directly to your dealer. Once they receive it, you can fill out the necessary NICS forms and pick up your firearm.

You can scan or photograph your Law Enforcement or Military ID and email it to us at lemilsales@allstartactical.com and include your username on the website. Once verified, we will enable the discount in your profile.

Use the dealer locator to locate a dealer closest to you. If you cannot find one close enough to you, please place an order with use online and we'll ship the product to you or your favorite FFL.
