Shipping / Returns
Lead times may vary extremely, based on stock, and current order or custom shop volume. However, it is standard to expect a 2-5 business day processing time. We are a small business and receive a high volume of orders to keep up with. Products requiring a FFL will only ship to a FFL dealer. We only ship orders to addresses in the United States. We cannot ship any parts or rifles to any foreign country.
Allstar Tactical ships our products almost exclusively through UPS. Our standard shipping is UPS ground, and Next-Day, 2nd-Day and 3-Day are available at additional costs. At the time of shipment, UPS tracking numbers are provided via email using the address on file in your account. UPS also requires shipment to a physical address and will not ship to a P.O. Box.
We try our best to ensure that our products have no problems and they get to you in perfect condition. Sometimes, however, there are problems or shipping damage in transit. If there is any shipping damage, please call us immediately at 585-324-0345 or use our contact page.
Returns for Unused Products
If you have a product that is unused that you would like to return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must place this number on the box that you ship the goods back to us in. Additionally, you must fill out our products return form and include it in your package. Please note that all returns for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee. To avoid this restocking fee, you may accept store credit as your refund. No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA number.
Merchandise must also be sent back in a condition such that we may resell the product. Please remember to insure your shipment back to us.
Should you request a monetary refund for your purchase, we will send a refund check within 14 business days, less the 15% restocking fee. You may request a refund up to 30 days from your purchase date.
Returns on Pre-Ordered / Special Order Products
Any products that are special orders, or pre-orders require payment in full prior to order fulfillment. This is due to the need to either reserve a place in line, a custom item, or for ordering a product that we do not normally stock. For that reason, it is typical that your credit card will be charged upon order placement. Once the order is placed, it is rare that would be able to offer a refund on your order.
There are special circumstances that we might allow refunds on pre-orders or special orders. It depends on the product that was special ordered, customization, ability to resell, value, etc. However, it would be subject to the 15% restocking fee, regardless of whether the product was ever delivered or not. This is due to our extensive credit card processing fees, as well as the possibility that we would not be able to cancel the custom or special order. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Shipping Damaged Instructions
If your product was damaged in shipment, please call UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS, and request a damage inspection. Save all of your shipping cartons and documents. Contact us and we will follow up with UPS to assure your satisfaction.
Allstar Tactical currently does not export any firearms products, including accessories, parts and complete rifles.
